FAQs about Custom Menu Boards

Illuminated boards are light-up boards that require electricity. All of Impact’s illuminated boards use high-tech LED lights. This makes illuminated boards a good option if visibility is essential. Generally, illuminated menu boards are more costly than non-illuminated options.
Wordstrips are smaller than graphics and are easily removable and replaceable. They show a single menu item (example: hamburger). It is easy to change up your menu by ordering new wordstrips. Graphics are digitally printed and the menu items are permanent. To change menu items, you must order a whole new graphic. Graphics allow for more color choices and design customization.
Changeable pricing uses either price chips or vinyl stickers to allow you to update your menu prices at any time. Fixed pricing is permanently printed prices on your graphics or wordstrips. This option offers a generally cleaner look; however, it is necessary to order new wordstrips or graphics to change the price.
Impact offers two different options to allow for easy menu item price changes. Price chips are individual numbers that can be easily arranged to show prices on wordstrip systems (classic boards & magnetic). Vinyl stickers can be placed on graphics to show pricing. They are easy to remove and will not damage the graphic.

All of our tumblers are injection-molded in the USA at our Carson City, Nevada factory.
Yes, all of Impact’s tumblers need to be thoroughly washed before using.
SQF Level 2 is recognized as a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) benchmark, meeting international safety requirements, and is considered “an international mark of excellence for the certificate holder.” Impact International, Inc. is the first company in the State of Nevada to achieve the SQF Ed. 7.2, Level 2 certification for Manufacturer of Food Contact Packaging.
All of our tumblers are made of Styrene Acrylonitrile (SAN 335T). They are BPA Free.
Please upload one-color vector artwork (.eps, .ai, or .pdf). For .eps or .ai files, please compress as a .zip file before uploading. This can generally be done by right-clicking on the file and selecting "compress" or "create zip." If a vector file is not available please send the highest pixel resolution .jpg that you have.
The minimum order of custom tumblers is 5 cases.
If you would like your custom logo pad-printed in a color other than white, we can accommodate that with a wide variety of custom color inks. A minimum order is required for custom ink colors. Call us at 1-800-321-8105 for more information.
Yes, we will send you a proof of your logo placed on the tumbler. Sometimes small aspects of a logo may be changed or enlarged to ensure the best possible pad-printing transfer.

FAQs about Fulfillment/Shipping

The time required for design and production can vary, but generally once the artwork/design is approved, menu board production takes between 1 and 2 weeks. If you have a tight deadline, let us know as soon as possible.
