Policies
Warranty
Impact International / Impact Menu Systems warrants products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years. This warranty does not apply to fluorescent lamps. This warranty is exclusive and is in place of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Remedies
Our liability and your remedies will, at our option, be limited solely to repair or replacement of the item or credit for the item. In no event will our liability exceed the purchase price of the item. We will not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, but not limited to, labor costs or lost profits resulting from the use of or inability to use the item or from neither party will have any negligence or other tort liability to the other, or to any third party, arising from any breach of this agreement.
Payment Policy
For custom menu board orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remainder is necessary before the order ships. Impact accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).
Shipping Policy
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders for standard tumblers and foodservice signs are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Impact uses FedEx ground for small orders and LTL freight for larger shipments. We use a freight broker to ensure we provide the best price on LTL shipments. Tracking information is sent by email with invoice, generally within two days of order placement. Impact also accepts 3rd party billing for FedEx shipping.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Once approved and in-production, custom menu boards are non-refundable. All pricing and quotations are valid for 30 days.
